Entries Close 24th April

Sunday 30th April and Monday 1st May 2017

10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on both days

Trading opportunities at the above event:

Trade Stands

Around 100 Trade Stands are set out in rows on a back to back spine basis.

They are 6.0M (20’) from front to back thus enabling a vehicle to be placed lengthways at the back of the stand and tents, gazebos, market stalls or tables to be placed at the front with a working space in between.

The trading frontage is then booked in accordance with the needs of the trader and is charged at a modest £12.00 per metre which covers the two days.

There is a 6M (20’) public pass between the fronts of the rows of stands.

Craft Stalls

The Craft Marquee is 200 ‘ x 40 ‘ and contains approximately 50 stalls which are placed on the outside walls and on a back to back basis up the centre.

They are 8’ wide x 5’ deep to suit a standard 6’ x 2.1/2’ craft table. The charge per stall is £72.00 which covers the two days.  Tables can be hired at £6.00 each.

The floor is grass and no electricity is available as the Craft Marquee is in the centre of parkland.

Demonstration – Information – Entertainment – Educational Exhibits

These cover a huge range e.g. blacksmithing, stone masonry, wool and flax spinning, handloom weaving, butter and bread making, mobile open farms, country crafts, horse threshing, working model farm, stick carving, Punch & Judy Show, basket weaving, Birds of Prey etc. etc.

Some of these Exhibits can be placed in the Craft Marquee while others are out in the open around the Rally Field.
