Trade Stand Online Booking Form

The following applies to our outdoor Trading Area

The Trading frontage is booked in accordance with the needs of the trader and is charged at £70.00 for minimum 3 Metre Frontage and £17.00 per additional metre frontage. This covers the two days. Corner sites are an additional £25.00. WIFI is available at £30 for Sunday and Monday.

There is a 6.0 meters (20 feet) public pass between the fronts of the rows of stands.

  1. No food, ice cream, soft drinks, sweets, confectionary, crisps etc. and foodstuffs normally consumed on site to be sold or supplied at the Rally. The supply of the foregoing items is strictly limited to the official caterer.

  2. No projectile or similar types of toys or items firing or delivering plastic or metal balls or pellets or other objects to be displayed, sold or given away at the Rally. No stink bombs or other objectionable items or the like to be displayed, sold or given away at the Rally.

  3. Trade Stands are responsible for their own Public Liability Insurance Cover, fire protection and cleanliness. Sites must be kept and left clear of all litter: bins and skips are provided for this purpose.

  4. The Rally is open to the public from 9.00am to 5.00pm on both days.

  5. All Trade Stand sites will be allocated in the order in which completed application forms – including the appropriate rental payments - are received.

The Rally Organisers reserve the right to refuse any entry

How will I know if my form has been successfully submitted?

After you click "Submit Form" the website will check your form and either

If there is an error it will be highlighted with a red box explaining the problem

New Process for Payment

If your application is successful, you will receive an email containing a payment link.

Once your payment is received your place is reserved.

You can expect your information pack via email once payment is received and your place is secured.

The latest you will receive your pack is Friday 17th April.
